This fourth-floor condo offers a fantastic view of the ocean, as well as the property and pool! The spacious balcony has 2 lounge chairs perfect for watching the sunrise or dinner outside on the table with four chairs. Once inside you will find a spacious living room, great for relaxing after a day at the beach. In the dining room, there is a table with seating for 6, as well as counter seating for 2. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials as well as a griddle, Keurig, and other helpful tools to make a family meal. The primary bedroom has a king sized bed, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and private balcony access. The guest bedroom has a queen and full bed, with a pocket door to the guest bathroom. There are two twin beds in the 3rd bedroom known as the “Crow’s Nest”. This unit is complete with a full-sized washer and dryer as well as high speed Wi-Fi.

Please note: the owner of this condo is severely allergic to pet dander so this condo cannot accommodate service animals of any kind. However, we have many other condos that do accommodate service animals here at Colony Reef Club!


All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, soap, and dishwasher powder. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.

Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center.   We enjoyed our stay. Great view. Great location. Unit could use some tlc. Dryer barely worked. Master bathroom faucet needs repair. Both bathrooms need rubber mat. Tub and shower very slippery. Maintenance had to come fix refrigerator. They were quick to respond. Kitchen has everything you need if cooking or baking.

  Great place, but the elevator going out numerous times during my stay was not good on handicapped status. VRBO fees of 450 was excessive imo.

  We loved Colony Reef Club. The grounds, the pool and the beach were beautiful! We had originally booked our condo thru Teeming Vacation rentals but then TVR was bought out by Vacasa. The owners then pulled their condo from Vacasa and cancelled our rental 5 weeks before our scheduled vacation. We had flights booked for our daughter and grandchildren and several of our family members had also booked in Colony Reef so we could vacation together. We don’t blame Colony Reef for this but the condo owner and Teeming Vacation Rentals. Luckily the condo was then listed with Colony Reef and we were able to rebook thru them. The condo was nice but could use a few things to make it better including a new coffee pot, some kitchen scissors and a little more room for groceries. We would definitely stay at Colony Reef again maybe just a different condo with different owners.
