Welcome to Daydream Believer - Colony Reef unit 2111! This condo is bright and clean with a boho beachy feel - a perfect sanctuary for your beach vacation. We are located on the ground floor with a view of the pool and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.

This location is the best of both worlds and makes getting to and from all the fun a breeze! From the moment you arrive - you'll feel yourself getting into beach mode. The kitchen, living room and dining area are all open concept allowing everyone enough space to enjoy themselves but also enjoy time together. The outdoor patio has comfy lounge chairs which are perfect for lounging in while watching the kids play in the grassy grounds, the oceanfront pool or for watching the sunset! If you're in the mood for some al fresco dining - the outdoor table is big enough to fit your whole family.

The primary bedroom and guest bedroom boast plush king beds and allow for plenty of privacy and rest - both are equipped with flat screen TVs. The third bedroom is a built-in bunkbed room and has 4 twin beds - it is the perfect fun space for kids!

St. Augustine Beach and the surrounding area have amazing restaurants and delicious places to eat but if you plan to cook - our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need (including a blender for those beachy margaritas and a Keurig coffee pot!)! The pantry has plenty of storage space for all your snacks - and the sand will wash right out of your beach towels in our in-unit washer/dryer!


All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher powder. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.

Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center.

The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.

Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the towns many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley’s to see it all on the go! You can purchase tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office!

Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

  We’ve stayed at Colony Reef for 30+ years. Watch our kids and grands play in the courtyard. That’s what they looked forward to but what’s going on with the grass? Lawn has always been beautiful. Loved the location and decor in our unit, plus bed in master was comfy but the floor needed a good cleaning. We’re still disappointed that the pool is still closing early but that hasn’t stop us. Will be back!

  This was our 4th year in a row staying at Colony Reef and the 2nd year staying in this unit. Perfect place for kids and they love it here. We love the location of this unit and the beautiful decor, but I was very shocked in the state of the floors. I could tell the unit had been cleaned and smelled wonderful, but the floors really needed a deep cleaning. Our feet were black the first day. For how the prices have been rising every year, the guests should really deserve a spotless condo. My friend’s condo also had dirty floors. Previous years we have not had this issue. Besides the floors and black feet we had a wonderful stay!

  My family includes a 21 month son and this was the perfect condo for us to stay in April 2024. I loved that the patio space went right out to the grass and my son adored walking around and saying hi to everyone. The condo itself was decorated beautifully, without too many knick-knacks around that I needed to hide away from my son's hands! The pools were lovely, the grounds were beautifully maintained, and everyone we encountered from guests to office staff were friendly and helpful. I never had a problem finding parking and the condo isn't far from Publix (groceries) and other eating establishments. I highly recommend Colony Reef Club and this condo in particular!

  This was our first time staying in this unit. We have been coming to Colony Reef for over 25 years. Unit 2111 is on the ground floor which works great for us as grandparents now. We easily stored the beach toys and chairs on the porch. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was stocked except they need to get another set of silverware. Not enough if having a full dinner with kids and grandkids. Clean and cheery! We will book again!

  We have stayed at Colony Reef for the past 3 years now and this was my favorite condo so far! The unit was gorgeous, clean, and well maintained. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The food trucks this year was a nice touch and the kids enjoyed Kona Ice after a hot day at the beach. The playground also had a wonderful upgrade this year and the kids loved it. Colony Reef is the perfect family friendly beach getaway.

  My family and I really enjoyed our week at The Colony Reef. The condo was exactly like the pictures. The grounds and pool were great. My kids went back and forth from the pool to the ocean all day and in the evenings played in the courtyard with the other kids. I would definitely return. This was one of the only times I have rented a property and was not stressed about all the rules. The management company was always available and answered questions. The condo was clean. The other guests were very kind. The location is also great. We ate at local restaurants, visited the alligator farm and rode the downtown trolley. We really enjoyed our stay in St. Augustine.
