Gold Ocean View 3301

This 3rd floor condo has an amazing view of the ocean, pool, and courtyard from its private balcony. Relax and enjoy the spacious living room with plenty of seating for the whole family. The beautiful kitchen with granite countertops is fully equipped and comes with a full size washer and dryer and a Keurig. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and the private ensuite bath has a jacuzzi bathtub. The second bedroom hosts a queen and twin bed. There is a single twin size bed in the third, smaller bedroom, also known as the “Crow’s Nest.”

All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher powder. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.

Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center.

The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.

Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the towns many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley’s to see it all on the go! You can purchase tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office!

Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

  Our stay was wonderful at 3301! This was our first time staying at the Colony Reef. The pictures of this condo do not do it justice. It was lovely. The layout was perfect for our family of four, plus our grandmother. The furniture was cozy and the balcony view was great. The only suggestions I would make- perhaps a new mattress or mattress topper for the Master, as it was quite uncomfortable.
  The property management was incredibly helpful when we had an issue with the refrigerator. They had their maintenance man out ASAP.
  The complex was just right, not too big or overcrowded. The clubhouse was a hit with our kids, and the pool was never overly crowded. Location is close to everything and we would definitely stay here again!

  Great place to stay with family, indoor pool was a hit on rough days of weather. Location was perfect. Loved the quiet of the complex. Steps away from the beach. I had lost my key one night after going to dinner and had a whole car load of groceries, the front desk answered my call of distress after hours on a Saturday night because i could not get in and I just knew the groceries were going to spoil, but they immediately at 9 pm on a Saturday got me back in our condo and saved the day (thanks to them 🙏). I would definitely stay here again.

  We had a great time in St. Augustine. The condo was clean, the balcony has a great view and the pool/hot tub area was wonderful. There is a walkway right out to the beach that is just behind the pool.
  It is an easy 20 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine with the Fountain of Youth and the Florida Man Games!
  We got in late the first night so the property manager called us with the gate code and a locker code to get our key. They have everything taken care of.

  Complex was very nice, unit worked well for our family the extra small bed room was perfect for baby. Only complaint is beds very firm, really need update or mattress topper. Mattress cover and sheets need upgrade as well do not stay on beds.

  My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at The Colony Reef Club. This was our fourth stay at Colony Reef. Our condo was well stocked and very comfortable. The view from our condo is awesome. We were able to use the exercise room, indoor pool, sauna, hot tub as well as many days on the beach. The new walkway over the dunes is very well done. We love the beach most of all.   A great end of summer getaway. We liked the family atmosphere unlike other locations. Two issues concerning our unit. First the washer/dryer are in desperate need to be replaced. Second issue was the fact when additional towels were requested we were given rags. Stains, holes, worn out and disgusting. Insulting.

  Really enjoyed views from our balcony of the sunrise over the ocean, A very short walk and your on the clean beach. Unit was quite comfortable and roomy.   The condo's location is terrific, and we loved the view. It was well equipped and comfortable, and the Colony Reef staff is extremely helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns. I've stayed at Colony Reef several times and been very happy there.
  
  There was one thing that was not as described (the trundle bed is just a twin, no second mattress), and there were a few minor maintenance issues that surprised us. Otherwise, it was a great experience!
