  This was my first time here. Very clean and updated unit with a beautiful open view of the pool and ocean. Immaculate kept grounds. Very close to beach. Great staff. I played raquetball at the facility and rode a bike at sunset on the beach. I will 100% be back and bring family and friends.

  During the past 10 years we have enjoyed spending our Winters (January-April) at the Colony Reef Condo development. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time with many friends who also vacation in this condo development. The entire staff is very Custimer-oriented and helpful in responding to questions and requests for assistance. The staff is always looking for ways to expand programming (aqua exercise, card nights, pot luck dinners, rock painting, and new in 2018, a blue grass concert group during March) that all help guests to become acquainted with one another. Our unit was beautiful and well equipped for our quarterly stay. All the facilities (iboth outside pool and heated inside pool, exercise room, tennis courts, sauna, community room, etc.) are all well maintained and very enjoyble.
