This beautiful direct ocean front condo has a large wrap around balcony giving you an uninterrupted view of both the beach and the pool. The view of the beach continues inside and you can enjoy some family time in the spacious living room with new furnishings and an updated Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances, a drip coffee pot and a full size washer and dryer. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and the private ensuite bathroom has a beautiful walk in shower. There are two twin beds in the second bedroom and in the smaller third bedroom known as the “Crow’s Nests” has two twin beds. Each of the bedrooms is furnished with flat screen TV's. This unit also includes updated blinds and blackout drapes.

This unit does include an electric grill for your grilling enjoyment.

This owner requests strict Saturday to Saturday rentals only. If you would like to rent outside of Saturday to Saturday, please contact the office at 904-471-1611.


All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, second bedroom and crow's nest. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher powder. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.

Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center.

The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.

Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the towns many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley’s to see it all on the go! You can purchase tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office!

Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

    First the good. You can't beat the view from this condo, and we've stayed at many ocean front condos on the beach. The turnoff was the cleaning crew did a lousy job. Most dishes and glasses weren't clean (apparently dishwasher problem, but one that should have been noticed). We also had to hand wash most of the pans and pots we used. The patio table was covered in food stains and other "stuff" and needed to be cleaned. The ice maker was frozen, and it took five days before someone came to fix it; which they did. Also, there are no chairs in the living area, just a very nice sectional couch, which isn't always comfortable for just sitting. Also, the second bedroom has two single beds only. The view, the pool, the boardwalk to the beach and the fitness area all are very nice. We did enjoy staying here, once we cleaned the place up. When you pay a $200 cleaning fee, the place should at least be very clean.

      Hi Roland, I am sorry the condo was not cleaned to CRC's standards. Next time if you let someone from the office know ASAP we will send a cleaner back to make it right as we want all our guests to have a comfortable stay. I will definitely have a talk with the cleaning crew who had cleaned the condo prior to your stay because that is unlike them to miss those cleaning items. I am glad the ice maker got fixed, and we apologize about the delay as our maintenance man was out dealing with a medical issue the first part of your stay. The sectional couch is brand new and was a highly requested upgrade from our return guests, so the owner will not be changing that and adding chairs. We are glad you enjoyed the property and the amazing oceanfront view! Next time you book please call the office and we can find you another condo without twin beds in the second bedroom and different living room seating to meet your families needs. Thnaks, Natalie D.

    Wonderful spot and views. Close enough to town to drive back and forth. So much cooler than town so it was great to relax on the balcony after spending the day in town. Close to supermarkets as well. I would definitely recommend. Apartment has everything you need.

    We stayed the week and were happy with the ease of getting directly on the beach. The pool was gorgeous and well maintained. The air conditioning was on point and the living room/kitchen decorated well. Fit our family of 6 perfect.
    Only complaint would be that it is in need of some basic updates like a kitchen clock that works, new sheets on the bed (old and pilled), toilet seat in master stained.
    Overall, fab place and we will be back.

    I stayed in the condo for 3 months this year. I never get tired of sitting on the patio and taking in the sites and sounds of the surroundings. I walked the beach everyday except the 3-4 days that weather didn’t permit. The new appliances including refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer, and dishwasher were very nice.     The condo complex was very nice. There is no walking to restaurants close by. The condo was nice, the cleaning was not so well done upon arrival. It advertises as 3 bedroom. The "3rd" bedroom is a like a small closet with 2 small kids beds and a closet. If you are claustrophobic,this is not for you.You cannot shut the door, if claustrophobic. All in all, condo nice, beach was nice, complex secure. Some areas needed general maintenance, but would recommend the complex to others.

    This property is great for multi family units. It allows you to be close but have space as well. Unit 2403 had great beds, furniture, and balcony. The only cons were no hot water for kitchen sink so it made cleaning up dishes a challenge. We never had time to fill out a maintenance request or I’m sure it would have been resolved. There is one con about the property...they have no smoking area and one would think this is great...except it forces the smokers to the boardwalk (where property ends) then kids pass back and forth going to the beach. Maybe give smokers an area by the dumpster or something so people can enjoy their walk to the beach without shaming smokers who are told to go there.

    Love this oceanfront, poolside corner unit! Pictures online of interior look different, much brighter than reality. All in all nicely furnished and comfortable. A couple notes to owners/mgmt, vertical blinds need to be replaced! Several slats broken and missing.

    Our experience at CRC in unit 2403 was excellent! The unit was well furnished (except for the cheap plastic patio furniture and small dated TV), comfortable, clean, and updated. The best thing about this unit is the amazing view that is expansive because this is a corner unit. We were able to see the sunrise and the sunset!!! An unexpected treat! We very much enjoyed that view from inside as well as from the patio!!! I would rent this unit again just for that view!
    We also enjoyed the amenities at CRC! We used the hot tub everyday, the tennis courts several days and the pool once. The grounds are landscaped beautifully! Everything is clean and well maintained here! The Managers were friendly, helpful and recommended some great places to eat.
    We enjoyed Harry's and St. Augustine Fish Camp in Historic St. Augustine. We also enjoyed Back 40A1A and Lastrata for dinner and SeaOats for breakfast all of which are within 2 miles of CRC.
    I would stay here again next time I visit St. Augustine and have already recommended it to others.

    The condo was nice but no grill as promised. I did not like that you check in at 4 and by 5 the office goes home! There is not time to get issues resolved before they leave and the security guard didn't really seem to care. No smart tv's in the unit but overall the unit was nice but could use some updating.

    Fantastic! Lorri and all the staff were very professional, prompt, reliable and helpful. 10 min. walk to a wonderful Catholic Church. Close to Publix. All condos face the ocean--can't get better than that.
