  Have been staying at Colony Reef for over twelve years in various units. They are always dedicated to making sure everything is a great experience. Unit 3405 had ants in the kitchen in various cabinets, sink, and dishwasher. The dishwasher didn’t clean dishes. The water pressure was a trickle, very low. The unit was dusty and needed a good cleaning. We’ve been there over the Fourth many times but this time there was absolutely no parking. The patio furniture was great and as always the beach and town are fabulous.

  We have stayed at Colony Reef for 6 years in a row now. We love it because of the location. It's very convenient to the beach as well as restaurants and grocery stores. Room 3405 has been one of our least favorites. The master bed, which is king size, was horrible. Pillows were flat, bed was HARD. Master bath drain was broken and we fixed it so our little one could take a bath. Oven door wouldn't open all the way. Kitchen was nicely stocked on dishes and pots. Living room area was nice. Comfy couches and beautiful view of the ocean. Hall bath has a shower head that early works and drain was slow. The second bedroom was nicely decorated but comfort of the beds was comparable to the master, terrible. The crows best bunk beds were actually the most comfortable but the top bunk was shaky and my oldest daughter was afraid to slee on it. This unit is definitely over ranked (priced as a gold unit) and needs some work.
