Relax and wind down in the spacious living room. The dining table seats 4. This units kitchen is fully equipped with a regular coffee maker and a stack able washer and dryer for your convenience. There is a king bed in the master, two twins in the second bedroom, and two twins in the smaller third bedroom known as the 'Crow's Nest". This is a very comfortable condo with a spectacular view of the courtyard, the pool area and the ocean. This unit has an ocean view off your own private balcony.

Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, two tennis courts, basketball hoops, and children's playground.

The beautiful soft white sandy beaches are just a 2 minute walk from buildings 1 & 2 and a 3 minute walk from building 3.

There is no shortage of shopping, dining or activities from nearby restaurants, bars and coffee shop and a 13 minute drive to Historical St. Augustine.

Enjoy St Augustine’s family fun, kid friendly entertainment attractions such as the Alligator Farm, Lighthouse and Maritime Museum, Pirate and Treasure Museum and the Potter’s Wax Museum all within a short drive to downtown.

  We were first time renters this year (Feb-April 2020) and will definitely “only” go back to this Resort. After 6 years of renting throughout other places in Florida, we fell in love with everything about this resort; from the fantastic view, immaculate grounds, very sizable accommodations, very friendly and welcoming full time residents and other snow birds, right on to the Management Team. Not only is the complex well run, but the management is extremely accommodating and professional. The Manager, Natalie, is very hands on and a joy to wor with. They were the “essence” of Humane, during the Corvid-19 Pandemic, and diligently worked with us in the ability to shorten our stay and release us from our contract early, due to extreme personal hardships I had back in Michigan that we needed to return for. I would never consider any other place than Colony Reef Resort, as my winter home; not just for that reason, but for all the other reasons I stated.

  Awesome little winter get away to watch a little Tennessee Football in the Gator Bowl (Oh yeah the Vols won). Weather was excellent and as always we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If you are going to be anywhere in the area the Colony Reef is the place to be.

  Enjoyed a recent stay at Colony Reef, Unit 3306. Some highlights - the unit has updated bats, kitchen and floors. The layout consists of an efficient floor plan that is very livable for a family. The large balcony offered the perfect spot for watching the sunrise while sipping morning coffee. The condo was very clean, consistent with the entire condo complex and grounds - everything was sparking and simply immaculate. Overall, a great unit in a beautifully maintained complex in the perfect location. We will be back.

  We rented two condos at the Colony Reef Club and were extremely satisfied with both units. The outdoor pool was amazing! The beach was breathtaking! The condo location was convenient. The staff were attentive and accommodating. We will be spending more of our vacations at the Colony Reef Club!

  We had a wonderful experience staying at Colony Reef in April. We found the condo to be clean and what we were hoping for. We are not very needy people so didn't need to be in touch with staff but found everyone to be friendly and the grounds were very well cared for.
  The biggest negative to me was the lack of recycling. Including bottles. I hope to see an improvement in the future!
  The pool was great but a bit too cold. Access to the beach was great (but you need to fix the boardwalk by the beach as a guest we were with fell).Easy to get around and nice for a quiet family/friends get away. Thank you!
