Gold Oceanfront 1402

This beachy ocean front condo is the perfect location for a beach getaway. With its 4th floor views and private balcony, you’ll never miss a beautiful sunrise. With a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen, this condo is ideal for entertaining. Enjoy your morning coffee from the condos drip coffee pot on the balcony. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and a private bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a king and the third bedroom, also known as the “Crow’s Nest,” has one twin bed.


All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher powder. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.

Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center. Due to COVID-19 please be advised Colony Reef Club does not guarantee health, safety and welfare and that use of common areas and facilities is at your own risk.

The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.

Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the towns many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley’s to see it all on the go! You can purchase tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office!

Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

I enjoyed swimming laps in the indoor pool but was disappointed that the women's restroom & showers there were closed for the whole week of our stay.

  My husband and I utilized Colony Reef for our October wedding. The office staff were very accommodating and allowed us to utilize any outside space we needed! The room that we stayed in was absolutely gorgeous and peaceful as well. The only critique I have is that the resources in the condo was limited. I wish that they could have provided some little things (like dish soap and paper towels) to make the checkout cleanup process a little easier, but I’ll just bring my own next time.   This was a last minute change in plans as we were suppose to go to the gulf but made a last minute decision to change because of Hurricane Ida. We were not disappointed. The condo was nice! It was clean and had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. We felt right at home! My favorite thing was sitting on the balcony and catching the sun rising up over the ocean.   Very clean and comfortable. Our unit had an ocean view with a deck that we could enjoy coffee in the morning or just relax . Our stay was in mid April and although we had days in the low 80s, the pool was too cold for swimming. There were 2 hot tubs that were a little too hot. Easy walk to the beach. All in all, a great stay. We’ll be back!

  I can’t say enough good things about our visit here. For our stay we had everything we needed to make us feel right at home, with 2 kids the washer/dryer and dishwasher in the condo meant that we were spending more time at the beautiful pool or beach. Having the indoor pool was so nice on those cooler days or even a night swim! The sunrises from the balcony are ones we will never forget, several mornings we even saw dolphins right off of the shore. St. Augustine is a short drive and such a beautiful city with so much character and history. This was one of the best vacations we have shared as a family. Thank you!

The pool was closed as they were repainting it (but it is December so I’ll buy em a break) the location was very central to where we wanted to visit. The beach had really nice sand.
