Step off the patio and head straight to the pool from this ground floor condo. The spacious living room has plenty of seating and the furniture and décor gives you the feeling of being on a Caribbean island. The kitchen is fully equipped for a vacation of any length and comes with a washer and dryer and a drip coffee pot. This primary bedroom has a queen sized bed and a walk in shower in the private ensuite bath. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and there are two twin beds in the smaller room we like to call the “Crow’s Nest.” The second bathroom in this condo also has a walk in shower.


All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher powder. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.

Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center.

The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.

Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the towns many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley’s to see it all on the go! You can purchase tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office!

Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

  We had a wonderful time during our stay. It was the perfect distance from the beach, quick access to the playground and pool, and short distance from fun activities in town. Staying on the ground floor was amazing with kids. The condo is in a perfect location!
  The condo itself needed a little more cleaning (a bit dusty). All ceiling fans were either messed up or did not work. There is no Keurig (just a coffee maker) and no blankets for getting comfortable on the couch. All entertainment (games and movies) were old and not updated.
  Overall, we LOVED our stay. It is a kid friendly complex with fun entertainment outside in the green space.

  We stayed in April and could not have asked for a more perfect vacation spot. Location of the unit is fabulous for a family with children where they could just step out to the pool and playground within a few feet. I also rented a beach set up through Drifters by the CRC website and that was a bonus. The only con for the unit is the bed in the master. It makes horrible noise when getting in and out or shifting weight. Other than that, the unit was just what we needed for a few days at the beach. Would rent this place not again.

  The condo and amenities were great! We were traveling with 4 kids as a family of 6 and the condo was perfectly sized for us. All necessary items were available (except beach towels-bring those). We did purchase 2 boogie boards and had to leave them there (for future guests to use!) The condo decore was a bit old and outdated and the master bed wasn't terribly comfortable, but everything else was great. We would love to return again! 😀

  2 couples shared the condo. Everything was clean and the layout worked nicely for us, with 1 small exception. The kitchen is quite small, only 1 person could work in there at a time. The walk beach was easy, the condo was right outside the pool which was perfect.

  My son and his family stayed in this condo. I didn't actually stay in it but I paid for it. It was dark. The patio furniture was great. It is located in a great spot, close to the pool and beach. We long Colony Reef Club and will return but probably won't rent this one again. Love being on the ground floor.

  We loved the location of this property and our Condo was in a great location on the property, just a very short walk to the pool and then on to the beach. The grounds were beautifully maintained, as well as the pool area and the area where we washed our feet when coming up from the beach. The complex even had a movie night on the grounds and Yoga on Wednesday on the beach!! The Condo was clean and well maintained, the large appliances were very nice. We totally enjoyed the patio and appreciated the table and chairs that were there for our enjoyment. The Electric Grill was well maintained in worked great too! We immediately experienced a problem with the dryer making a loud squeaking noise and it was fixed within hours. We could have used several more dish towels, pot holders (there weren't any), bath towels and wash cloths and it would have been nice to have a Keurig Coffee Pot and blender in the kitchen. Other than that, no complaints! It was a wonderful week at the beach and we would stay in this condo again!!
