Easy Convenience and Stress Free - A beautiful ground floor unit steps from the pool and the ocean boardwalk; this beautiful ground floor condo is thoughtfully designed to be a romantic retreat for two or a fun spot for the family. Sit on the patio while directly overlooking the pool. The condo is tastefully decorated with beachy décor. The fully equipped kitchen with beautiful granite countertops comes with a drip coffee pot and a Keurig machine. The dining area features an expandable table with barstool seating 6. A stackable washer and dryer makes this condo your home away from home. The primary bedroom comes with a king size bed and private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen and twin bed that is also a trundle bed! The third bedroom, or the “Crow’s Nest” is perfect adventure for the little ones with one bunk bed and one twin bed. A second bathroom is located off the guest bedroom with hallway access too. There is an electric grill on the patio.


All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher powder. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.

Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Head indoors to our clubhouse where we have a heated indoor pool, brand new work out room, racquet ball court, and a dry sauna.

The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.

Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the towns many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley’s to see it all on the go! You can purchase tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office!

Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

  This was our third time staying at Colony Reef. We have stayed in two other condos and this was by far the nicest and most well appointed one. The only real issue we had was the small dining table for a unit that slept 9. Overall, a great stay!

  This property is in a great location, just steps away from pool and close to beach walkway. Furniture in the unit was very comfortable and lots of outdoor seating. Only drawbacks were the screen doors both front and back didn't work properly and there were about 6-7 lightbulbs out in the place. Otherwise, I would have given this place a 5-star rating.

  The facilities at Colony Reef Club made for an easy and stress-free vacation with the adult kids. Pool was wonderful and hot tub comfortable. 1105 had very nice patio furniture along with an ice cold AC.
  
  I’d like to have much better mattress in the master king given its gold status but the coffee maker worked so maybe we broke even.
  
  Bottom line——. I’ve stayed in many,many units over the decades but this one is a great ground floor choice.

  Unit 1105 was wonderful! Nicely decorated, clean, great location. Colony reef club is also well maintained and is in a great location. My only complaint would be some late night noise. There is security after hours, but I wasn’t sure how to contact them to complain. It was sporadic and not terribly bothersome, but was the night before we left and we were trying to get a good night’s sleep!

  This property is in a great location to the beach access and outdoor pool, we are very glad we chose this unit as we had little ones with us and it made it much easier to come back to the condo quickly. The property was decently cleaned, had to move a dresser to get something dropped, and it was dirty behind it. Bedding, towels and surfaces were all clean. It would have made the trip more convenient if we would have had more than 1 bath towel per person and if beach towels would have been provided. We flew to FL so didn't have the luxury of packing those items. I know salt water/air plays havoc on things close to it, but the master bedroom ceiling fan was extremely loud as was the washing machine. We came specifically for a concert at the amphitheater and the location was great for this, as was our day trip into the town of St Augustine. The location is very central to a lot restaurants and grocery stores also.

  It was great having direct access to the pool and beach. I would definitely choose this unit again just for that. We had everything we needed from beach chairs, pool toys, stocked kitchen, and washer/dryer.
  We had plenty of room for our 6 family members.
  Everything was as described. Check in was as easy as picking up an envelope from the office and we were on our way.
  Location was also convenient to everything we had planned for our time in FL.
  We didn't use any of the other amenities so no comments on those.
  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to friends or other family.

  Wonderful, this small complex is perfect. The location of the unit was just perfect for my family and young children, hop away from pool and short walk to beach!! We were always drawn to Myrtle, but after this stay we are hooked. The property could use a little TLC, there was broken chair on balcony, and a few odds and ins inside unit that were worn or just needed to be refurbished. Nothing that made our stay less enjoyable!! The unit is great for a family and we had plenty of room to spread out! We will be back for sure!!! If I could have one major negative it would be the boardwalk to the beach!! it is in DIRE need of repair, the decking is very uneven and worn, some gaps were wide enough my 3yr old's foot could slip in, get this fixed and the property will earn 5 stars in my book!

  We really enjoyed our stay at this ground floor unit. It had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the beach. Opening the sliding door to the patio you were convenient to the pool area and the beach walkway too. Unit had beach chairs, boogie boards, and umbrella for beach outings. Inside was nicely furnished and had updated bathrooms. All very nice. My only suggestion is the master bed needs replacing. It is too hard and after a busy day at the beach a comfortable bed is important. But overall I would stay there again!!

  We had a wonderful and very comfortable stay at CRC for our spring break in late March/early April. The condo complex was secure, clean, easy to navigate and close what mattered (restaurants, shops, etc.) without being in the heart of the hustle and bustle. Our condo was very clean, comfortable and well-decorated and stocked with everything we needed. Proximity to the pool and the beach were great! The outdoor patio and seating was comfortable and enjoyable as well. We would definitely stay again, and highly recommend St. Augustine for a nice family vacation.

  Would return to this complex and especially this unit. Ground floor, porch just steps to pool, hot tub and beach boardwalk. Apartment was clean, spacious 3 bedrooms with 6 beds that was perfect for my family. Had all needed amenities to cook and prepare all meals. Great place for cooler time of year too as we rotated between beach, outdoor pool and hot tub, and the heated indoor pool. 10 mins to alligator farm and 20 mins to all St. Augustine attractions. Kid friendly!

  The condo has everything you need from cooking, leftovers, washing and even beach chairs and toys! It accommodates guest well with 6 beds! I love the proximity to the pool and beach. The outdoor furniture was very nice and comfortable as was the living room. Initially, I was disappointed that the cute blue sectional had been replaced with brown leather which isn’t nearly as cute as the photos. Also, the wide angle lens makes the rooms appear larger, but that being said, the place grew on me and was extremely comfortable! The cleaning crew before our arrival left the shower dirty and there were dusty lamps and the floor against the baseboards weren’t completely clean. I’m on the rather clean side, so I just took care of it. I’d stay there again. It was the best family vacation ever with my daughter’s family. Thank you Colony Reef!

  I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the previous reviews but it was incredible. There were plenty of dishes to accommodate our group of 11, a washer and dryer, even small kitchen appliances like a blender and coffee maker. The only thing it needed was more towels!   Love the location but this unit needs a few extras. A large bowl to make pancakes to feed everyone instead of in batches. Large frying pan or large skillet would be fabulous. Mattresses need to be updated especially in the second bedroom. Ceiling in second bathroom is sagging around the lighting in the bath/ shower. Would have liked more towels than "JUST enough" for my family. Needed to do laundry daily to to having three kiddos. A few more additions and upkeep would be fabulous.

  Condo for Feb & Mar. The only disappointing experience was spring break with lots of people monopolizing the hot tub in a not very efficient manner - 10-12 people sitting around the sides makes it very uncomfortable for anyone to get in and out or to even sit and relax. Went on for about a week - more monitoring during this time would be helpful. There's room for everybody but groups sitting there for hours at a time effect everyone else's experience. Can't wait to come back for 2018!
